THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS ARE A VITAL PART OF THE ATTACHED CONTRACT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND DIRECT ANY QUESTIONS TO YOUR AGENT> ANY ALTERATIONS FROM THE FOLLOWING NOT APPROVED BY THE TAMS PRIOR TO THE ENGAGEMENT MAY RESULTS IN A CANCELLATION.
Artist's road crew must have access to the stage area at least four (4) hours before mandatory set-up completion time.
Power requirement: Four (4) separate 110 volt outlets within twenty-five (25) feet of the stage. Each outlet must be on a separate 20 AMP circuit.
Presenter agrees to have an electrician available in case of electrical problems.
Minimum stage size is twenty-four (24) feet in width by sixteen (16) feet in dept h by two to three (2-3) feet height.
Presenter to provide Artist with a private dressing room that can accommodate fourteen (14) PEOPLE. With some chairs, table, full length mirror and below listed catering. This is absolutely not to be a public restroom.
Presenter to provide nonalcoholic beverages (soft drinks, bottled water, juice, etc.) and hot meals for fourteen (14) people at no cost to artist.
Payment must be made in cash or certified check to The Tams after or before the show.
Six (6) double rooms are required when specified and made part of existing contract.
THE TAMS reserve the right to make available to sell their merchandise before or after a scheduled show.
